Cancellation Policy

  • Custom Orders: For custom orders, cancellations are only accepted within 2 days of the order placement. Once the creation process has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom orders can be canceled up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Refund Policy

  • Custom Orders: Refunds for custom orders will only be issued if the final product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there is a significant delay in delivery that cannot be resolved.
  • Non-Custom Orders: Refunds for non-custom orders will be issued if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide Details: Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and any relevant documentation (e.g., photos of damaged products).
  3. Processing: We will review your request and process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the product is damaged or defective due to our error.
